"I wanted to try a classic Montreal pizza on my last work trip. I ordered it Quebec style, and it was great! The crust is similar to Chicago tavern pizza. The lasagne was good, just not what I'm used to. No ricotta or bechemel in their recipe. I would definitely go again and try another pasta. The atmosphere was very old school, which was really cool. I ordered take out, cause it was late.(No longer open till 3am, but not too many places are these days) Still delicious pizza!!!
